Warranty Policy

All Elite Floor Supply rubber flooring is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in both material and workmanship. If such a defect is discovered, the customer must notify Elite Floor Supply. If found to be defective within five (5) years under normal non-abusive conditions, the sole remedy against Elite Floor Supply will be the replacement or repair of the defective goods, or at the seller's option, credit may be issued not exceeding the selling price of the defective goods. Warranty shall not cover dissatisfaction due to improper installation, normal wear or quality of installation expected from the use or environment of installation, damage from improper maintenance or usage, or general misuse, including and without limitation: burns, cuts, tears, scratches, scuffs, damage from rolling loads, damage from cleaning products not recommended by Elite Floor Supply, slight shade variations or shade variations due to exposure to direct sunlight, or differences in color between samples or photographs and actual flooring.

Excluded from warranty:

The exact matching of shade, color, or mottling.
Any express or implied promise made by any salesman or representative.
Tears, burns, cuts, or damage due to improper installation, improper use, or improper cleaning agents or maintenance methods.
Wearing chairs or other furniture without proper floor protectors will void the warranty. Care should be taken to protect the flooring from damage by using good-quality protective feet for chairs, tables, and other furniture. Chair mats may be required under chairs with casters or wheels.
Labor costs for the installation of original or replacement material.
Sale of "seconds," "off goods," or other irregular (non-first-quality) flooring materials. With respect to "seconds" or "off goods," such are sold "as is," and Elite Floor Supply makes no warranties whatsoever, express or implied, with respect thereto, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Problems caused by moisture, hydrostatic pressure, or alkali in the subfloor.
Problems caused by uses, maintenance, and installation that are contrary to Elite Floor Supply specifications, recommendations, or instructions.
Material installed with obvious defects.
Damage to flooring products from high heels or spike heels.
Damage to flooring products from rubber mats, rubber-backed mats, or car tires. 12. Installation of tiles with tapes and adhesives other than those recommended by Elite Floor Supply.
Fading and/or discoloration resulting from heavy sunlight penetration and ultraviolet ray exposure from direct or glass-filtered sunlight.
Material that is not installed and maintained as recommended by Elite Floor Supply
Damage to flooring products from pallet jacks and tow-motor traffic.
Environments where the product will be exposed to animal fats, vegetable oils, grease, or petroleum-based materials. (i.e.: commercial kitchens or auto repair facilities)
Premature wear and deterioration from spikes and skate blade exposure.
Differences in color between products and photography.
Embossing/density deviations between products and samples, photography.

These warranties are in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied. Elite Floor Supply shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages that may result from a defect. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. These warranties give you specific rights, and you may also have rights that vary from state to state. To know what your legal rights are in your state, consult your local or state Consumer Affairs Office or your State Attorney General.

Warranty For Artificial Grass/Turf

Elite Floor Supply warrants that if the synthetic grass it sells and supplied proves to be defective in materials during normal use of the product, within fifteen (15) years from the date of manufacture, or suffers significant fading, breakdown or degradation due to exposure to natural ultraviolet rays within the same fifteen (15) year period, Elite Floor Supply will, at its sole option, either 1) replace the affected area without charge to the purchaser or 2) issue a credit equal to the cost of the synthetic grass material. For the purpose of this warranty, the product shall be deemed to have failed in ultra-violet stability if the original tensile strength of the product decreases by more than 50 percent.

In the event that Elite Floor Supply to issue a credit in lieu of repair or replacement, said credit shall only apply to the affected area of the synthetic grass giving rise to the claim. The credit shall be issued to the retailer, as a percentage of the replacement cost of new synthetic grass of the same or comparable quality. The credit will be good only toward the purchase of Elite Floor Supply synthetic grass. There will be no cash payment.

Warranty does not cover any type of matting on this product, regardless of the cause.
This warranty only applies to synthetic grass products that have been purchased from elite floor supply .
This warranty is limited to the remedies of repair or replacement of the affected areas of the synthetic grass.
This warranty does not cover the installation of the synthetic grass or any issues stemming from the installation.
This warranty does not cover surface deterioration resulting from normal wear and tear or any damages caused by site conditions and improper installation beyond its control, accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, exposure of the product to inappropriate footwear (I.E., metal cleats), tobacco products, chemicals or cleaning agents, fire, floods, vandalism, acts of god.
Elite Floor Supply hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and disclaims liability for incidental or consequential damages.
Elite Floor Supply specifically excludes and will not pay consequential or incidental damages under this warranty. This includes any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the synthetic grass, including, but not limited to damages for economic loss, expense, personal injury,.
This warranty is non-transferable. This warranty is only extended to the original purchaser.
All warranty claims must be presented in a timely fashion to Elite Floor Supply as a printed description with photos as soon as an issue with the synthetic grass becomes evident.
This warranty does not cover sun magnification and melting from low e windows or matting.

Warranty For Putting Green Surface

Elite Floor Supply warrants that if the putting green surface it sells and supplied proves to be defective in materials during normal use of the

Product, within eight (8) years from the date of manufacture, or suffers significant fading, breakdown, or degradation due to exposure to natural ultraviolet rays within the same eight (8) year period, Elite Floor Supply will, at its sole option, either 1) repair or replace the affected area without charge to the purchaser, or 2) issue a credit equal to the cost of the cost of the putting green material only.

In the event that Elite Floor Supply elects to issue a credit in lieu of repair or replacement, said credit shall only apply to the affected area of the putting green, giving rise to the claim. The credit shall be issued to the retailer as a percentage of the replacement cost of new putting green material of the same or comparable quality. The credit will be good only toward the purchase of Elite Floor Supply synthetic grass. There will be no cash payment.

This warranty only applies to Elite Floor Supply putting green purchased and installed (by others).
This warranty is limited to the remedies of repair or replacement of the affected areas of the putting green, which shall compromise the exclusive remedy available under this warranty, and all other remedies or actions that might otherwise be available are hereby waived and relinquished by the retailer and/or the end-user/owner.
This warranty does not cover the installation of the putting green or any issues stemming from the installation.
This warranty does not cover surface deterioration resulting from normal wear and tear or any damages caused by site conditions and improper installation beyond its control, accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, exposure of the product to inappropriate footwear (I.E. Metal cleats), tobacco products, chemicals or cleaning agents, fire, floods, vandalism, acts of god.
This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from repair or attempted repair by anyone other than synthetic grass warehouse, inc., or its authorized agents, retailers, or subcontractors.
Elite Floor Supply hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and disclaims liability for incidental or consequential damages.
Elite Floor Supply specifically excludes and will not pay consequential or incidental damages under this warranty. This includes any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the synthetic grass, including, but not limited to damages for economic loss, expense, personal injury, etc.
