Since all flooring products on our website are made-to-order to ensure a perfect fit for your project, please carefully review your selections before placing your order. However, we understand that plans can change, so we do offer order cancellation options.
- Order Cancellation Before Production Begins: If you need to cancel your order before production has begun, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of your total order cost. This fee covers processing and initial handling of your order.
- Order Cancellation During Production: Once production on your order has begun, a cancellation fee of 25% of your total order cost will apply. This fee is non-refundable due to the materials, preparations, and labor already invested in fulfilling your order.
