Acoustic Rubber Underlayment

I purchased 4 feet of flooring to install on my OSB workbench. The material is very though and does not get scratch marks like normal rubber would. Very impressed.

UPS messed up the delivery but I ended up receiving it a day later. When I reached out to Elite Floor Supply customer service, they were extremely friendly and helpful. I would not buy rubber flooring from anywhere else!

I was very pleased with the price and the quality of the product. The only issue I experienced was the confusion around their production time to delivery. It wasn't clear, and the notifications received, makes it seem like you're going to get it much sooner than you will. Just know it will take 3-4 weeks from the time you placed the order. I will say, when I inquired about this, they were very responsive and honest in their production and delivery time. They even responded to me on weekend nights! I was very pleased with the customer service. I would buy from them again!

They came well packaged but when I went to make these for in my house realized all the factory cut edges were all not straight so I had to measure and square them up which was alittle annoying. Other than that good durable product.

Good quality and fairly short time to fill order

FIrst off, I will say the product is amazing. It looks beautiful, and has only minimal rubber smell; I anticipate it should last pretty much forever. I also did my research, and the price was the best I could find of about a dozen different places, even with the extremely high shipping cost. That's the good stuff.

Unfortunately, my experience with their shipping was less favorable. Their website lists a 3-5 day delivery time... which is misleading, as that is the time it takes to arrive after it ships. It doesn't clearly say, unless you dig way into a buried FAQ page, that it's 7-14 business days before it ships out. Which is *definately* 14 business days, to the day. I made my order on 1/19, and received an email the same day saying my order was prepped, and to expect a tracking number shortly and I should receive shippment in 3-5 days. Cool. Then nothing for awhile. I followed up on 1/23 after not seeing anything further, and was told that, no, production on the item takes 7-14 business days, and the item is scheduled to ship out on 2/5. I received tracking information, after some additional emails, on 2/6. Item arrived 2/8, just shy of 3 weeks later. Which, by itself, could be understandable, as the explanation was that "The item was being produced".

Except it wasn't. The flooring arrived shrink-wrapped, with a date of production/inspection dated July of 2024. It was already produced and pre-packaged over half a year ago. Unsure of why it took 2.5 weeks to ship out a product that was already ready for shipment well before the time of order. My order was for 2 4'x8' 3/4" rolls, so not a huge order.

BUT. Great flooring, and best price I could find. I would definitely still order from them again... just, expect a full 15 days processing time, no matter what.
